• Tyson’s responsibilities include providing accounting, auditing, and taxation services as well as assisting business owners in determining a value for their company for succession planning, gifting, estate values, sales and mergers, and other purposes.   Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. Tyson was a manager at a big six accounting firm.
• Education:     Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana Bachelor Degrees in Accounting, Business Information Systems, and Mathematics.  Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, Masters in Accounting and Financial Management.  Tyson is a CPA in Ohio and Indiana as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

• Kristal joined the firm in 2011 and her responsibilities include providing accounting and taxation services as well as assisting business owners in determining a value for their company for succession planning, gifting, estate values, sales and mergers, and other purposes. Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc., Kristal was a Senior Financial Advisor at a national accounting firm.
• Education:     Northwood University, Midland, Michigan BA in Accounting. Kristal is a CPA in Michigan as well as a licensed Certified Financial Planner® (CFP)
