Tyson was a manager at a big six accounting firm.

Rob Bourn, CPA

• Rob joined the firm in 2008.  Prior to returning to Northwest Ohio, Rob was a Manager with a regional CPA firm based in the Dayton, Ohio area.  He is experienced in financial accounting as well as federal, state and local income tax areas.  He has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, professional services, real estate and construction.

Mike Faber

• Mike joined the firm in 1999 as our Human Resource Services Manager.  Before joining the firm,   Mike did graduate work at Bowling Green State University and worked for many years in Human Resources in the manufacturing sector while managing all areas of HR.  Most medium to small firms do not have an HR department so they can get assistance with day-to-day compliance and employment issues from Mike – Hiring, Terminations, Unemployment, Workers Compensation., Union Relations, Employee Handbooks, Benefits, etc. He works out of the Defiance office but serves businesses throughout the region.

Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. Beth spent 17 year in the accounting department of Ingersoll-Rand Company.
