Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. is a full-service certified public accounting firm with offices in Archbold, Bryan, Defiance, St. Marys and Van Wert, Ohio. We service a diverse clientele in a broad range of industries including construction, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, real estate, professional service organizations, franchises, not-for-profit organizations, and retailers.
Our firm was founded as a partnership in 1969 and has grown to over 60 professionals and support staff. Charles E. Huber and Richard R. Shultz were two of the earlier partners within the firm. Today, Tyson L. Stuckey is the firm’s managing shareholder, overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the firm. In addition, Barbara L. Kohnen, Robin K. Brinegar, Stacey Baer, Rob Bourn, Kimberly A. Ray and Steven S. Samples are shareholders of the firm.

As a CPA and consulting firm, Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. offers an array of accounting and tax services that position our clients for success. Our professionals have diverse backgrounds and interests and are committed to serving our clients, our communities, and our profession. Every member of our team knows that our personal service, attention to detail, and being proactive in understanding and meeting client needs is what keeps us in business. We are members of the AICPA Division for Firms, Private Companies Practice Section. As members of this professional oversight group, we voluntarily submit to periodic inspections of our quality assurance process by our peers, complete continuing professional education requirements above regulatory mandated levels, and carry out other processes that help us ensure we are offering the best possible service and advice to our clients.
Membership in the AICPA requires a firm to undergo a peer review every three years. A peer review is an exhaustive review of our quality control standards and procedures by an independent reviewer approved by the AICPA. The most recent peer review of Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc. was completed in 2020, and we earned the highest PASS designation under the program.
